**Responsibilities**
- **Research**:

- Conduct research on cryptocurrency markets, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Evaluate potential projects for investment and token/NFT launches, analyzing tokenomics and incentivization mechanisms.
- Identify strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities within the crypto ecosystem.
- Organize and maintain research databases, repositories, and knowledge libraries.
- Stay updated on advancements in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency through ongoing research and professional development.
- **Community**:

- Engage and monitor the community across social media, forums, and chat groups.
- Develop strategies to grow and enhance community participation.
- Collect feedback on project features and improvements.
- Coordinate community events like AMAs, webinars, and meetups.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in cryptocurrency
- Familiarity with IDO investing and comprehensive understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape.
- Strong grasp of supply & demand dynamics, primary/secondary markets, and emerging trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's or associate’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in market research, trend analysis, and investment evaluation.
