Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

ASW Consulting is an Australian-owned boutique talent-acqusition and engagement consulting firm which is focused on providing careers for top talent in the South East Asian market.

The Opportunity

Our valued client is a top international leasing agent. They are looking for a Research Manager to focus on property market trends and transactional data, supporting the creation of high-quality quarterly and custom research reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and ensure accuracy of property data; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Handle broker and internal data requests promptly.
  • Lead the preparation of presentations, reports, and quarterly market updates.
  • Coordinate and manage regional or national projects, including financial and strategic analysis.
  • Develop and execute real estate strategies to optimize portfolio value and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare client proposals and other presentation materials.
  • Support daily operations, including staff management and performance tracking.
  • Participate in client meetings and business pitches as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with IT tools and online research.
  • Solid understanding of financial terms and capable of performing detailed financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, responsible, and adaptable; able to work independently or in a team.
