The Workforce cum Data Analyst Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing workforce efficiency and enhancing data-driven decision-making within the organization. This position requires a combination of analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to drive performance improvements

**[1] - Job requirements**:
**Data Analysis**:
Utilize data analysis tools to collect, organize, and interpret large datasets related to workforce performance and customer interactions.

Identify patterns and trends to provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.

**Forecasting and Scheduling**:
Create and maintain optimized staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.

**Reporting**:
Generate comprehensive reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present to management.

Provide regular updates on KPIs metrics and recommend the improvement plan.

**Collaboration**:
Collaborate closely with the team leaders, operations manager, quality assurance manager, and the management team to generate reports and forecasts aligned with our business objectives.

Participate in cross-functional meetings to share insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Supplementary tasks delegated by the Operations Manager.

**Process Improvement**:
Analyze existing processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Support the implementation of new technologies and methodologies to streamline operations.

Bachelors degree in business administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau)

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

English at intermediate level

Operating Hours: Available 24/7, 365 days
