**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 6 - 10 triệu VNĐ)
- Giải quyết khiếu nại, chăm sóc khách hàng, xử lý đơn hàng qua phần mềm (Freshdesk,...)
- Luôn duy trì thái độ tích cực, chuyên nghiệp đối với khách hàng.
- Đảm bảo sự hài lòng của khách hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ hỗ trợ khách hàng chuyên nghiệp.
- Lưu giữ hồ sơ về các vấn đề khác phát sinh từ khách hàng.
- Các nhiệm vụ khác do Giám sát viên/Trưởng nhóm giao.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Bán thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:

- Thu nhập: 6,000,000 - 10,000,000 VNĐ
- Mức lương:

- 40.000vnđ/h (thứ hai - thứ bảy)
- 50.000vnđ/h (Chủ nhật)
- Đào tạo: Qua văn phòng công ty hoặc training online (4h/ngày)
- Làm việc Online remote. Đăng kí ca theo tuần linh động theo tuần ít nhất 6h/ngày (có thể gãy ca).

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, đọc viết tiếng Anh Khá trở lên ( (English: 6.0 IELTS hoặc tương đương)
- Thành thạo cơ bản tin học văn phòng Word, Excel, Google Sheet. (Có thể sử dụng phần mềm Help Desk như Freshdesk nếu có không bắt buộc).
- Yêu thích về ngành POD, E-commerce, thị trường Âu Mỹ các kênh như shopify, amazon, etsy,..
- Tinh thần làm việc có trách nhiệm, chủ động, tự giác trong công việc.
- Giải quyết, xử lý vấn đề tốt, chịu được áp lực trong công việc.
