Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - HanoiThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Providing information and support to new drivers to help them successfully onboard our system.
- Conducting online training through Zalo App and answering driver’s questions.
- Performing KYC checks and monitoring uniform delivery for new drivers.
- Handling and providing feedback on recruitment tickets in assigned areas.
- Creating and managing groups Zalo for Drivers in the new cities.
- Communicating and continuously updating pop-up situations in the new cities (bad weather, events/ campaigns,)
- Ensuring driver performance metrics: fulfillment, cancel rate.

**Requirements**:

- Using Microsoft Office or Google Sheets fluently.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Able to quickly adapt in work and willing to learn.
- Ability to work proactively and effectively teamwork.
- Have a good Customer Service mindset.
- Have 1+ year experience in relevant industry or CS, Training job.
