Working location: Ba Dinh, Hanoi
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Saturday: work-from-home).
- Field: Tour Inbound, USA - European travelers

**I. KEY TASKS**:
**1. Handling Tour Operations**:

- Receive tour operation requests, review the itinerary, and related requirements.
- Book and process services required for the tour.
- Provide consultation and support to the Sales team regarding itinerary and services when needed.
- Adjust programs and services as required and report the results.
- Calculate tour costs.
- Prepare tour documents for tour guides and drivers.
- Arrange handover of tour documents to guides/drivers before departure and settle payments after the tour ends.

**2. Quality Control & Problem-Solving**:

- Understand customer needs and tour characteristics.
- Proactively propose and implement additional or necessary services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Inform partners, guides, and drivers of essential tour details.
- Coordinate with partners, guides, and drivers to arrange suitable services.
- Monitor service execution by partners, suppliers, guides, and drivers to ensure compliance.
- Review and confirm services before use.
- Identify and take preventive measures against potential issues during the tour.
- Track tour progress, handle complaints, and address customer concerns regarding services.
- Work with partners and suppliers to resolve service-related issues.
- Coordinate with guides and drivers to manage changes and arising requests during the tour.

**3. Other Responsibilities**
- Represent and communicate the company’s values to partners.
- Report work progress and share solutions for business improvements.
- Participate in service data projects.
- Contribute to company development projects.

**II. REQUIREMENTS**
- From 2 years of experience
- Passionate about the tourism industry and bringing happiness to customers.
- Detail-oriented, careful, and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
