**[Responsibilities]**
- 소비재 (Beauty&HDB) 채널 영업 전략 수립 및 실행 관리
- 채널별 DDMP 계획수립 및 실행 (Distribution / Display / Merchandising / Pricing)
- 마케팅 전략 수립 및 실행
- 매출/손익 관리
- Develop solution for FMCG DDMP (Distribution / Display / Merchandising / Pricing)
- Deploy strategies and tactical plans for the indirect sales channel based on customer needs, synchronized with the business clusters and district objectives.
- Oversee distributor management, addressing a wide range of issues that require in-depth analysis of distributor data and evaluation of key factors.
- Conduct market research and provide sales teams with competitive intelligence
- Plan and execute marketing strategies and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
- Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
- Measure and analyze product marketing initiatives' effectiveness and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights

[Required Skills / Competencies / Experience]
- Problem solving
- Team player with good communication skill
- Positive and having a strong sense of responsibility
- Korean communication skills

[Mandatory Requirements]
- 한국어 가능자 (국적 무관)
- 학사 이상 학위
- 마케팅 및 영업 또는 유관 업무 경험자 (5년이상)
- Good in verbal and written Korean (Nationality Irrevant)
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing / Sales or related field
