Research & propose strategies to ensure customer growth for all products of the company.
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
- Research, analyze the market and competitors to develop plans about attracting customers, onboarding customers, retaining and referring customers, to ensure growth goals as well as maximize cost efficiency.
- Implement projects and overall activities from promotion and feedback to product optimization.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide detailed information about customers, markets, users with the goal of proposing product designs close to customer and market needs.
- Responsible for customer metrics, revenue and cost efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required At least 2 years of work experience in growth marketing. Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward. Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns. Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
