**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
- Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution, provide detailed reports of campaign performance, ROI, conversion patterns, etc.
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers
- Collaborate with Conversion Rate Optimization team to guide A/B tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests on campaigns online and offline to identify what works best
- Test new channels and trends
- Lead and mentor a team to develop their individual growth and success.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years of experience with or successful track record in growth & performance marketing, preferably in the technology field and in recruitment marketing
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with the following: Google Ads, Video, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hubspot, MailChimp
- Experience with building a performance marketing engine across tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization
- Fluent in English & confident with presenting and working in an international environment with various stakeholders.
- Four-year college degree required in Digital Marketing or related course of study
- You have managed team members in the past and are excited about growing a team
- Strong knowledge of MarTech solutions as well as digital data analytics and programmatic platforms
