- Divide work shifts, check uniforms, service skills of waiters, tables, bars.
- Receive requests from departments and assign work to specialized staff.
- Monitor employee preparation activities at the beginning of the shift, evaluate the quality of work performed
- Make sure the preparations are ready before serving customers.
- Monitor the service process of staff to ensure that the service standards of the hotel - restaurant are met, customers are satisfied.
- Flexibly mobilize support staff to work when crowded.
- Support the setup process and serve customers.
- Receive special requests, feedback from guests and coordinate with relevant departments to solve them satisfactorily for customer satisfaction.
- Proactively solve problems that occur during service and payment in accordance with standard hotel-restaurant operations.
- Handle service quality complaints to avoid repeating the same error and save the content in the monitoring book.

- Experience in a similar position or years of experience in a team leader position.
- Good conversational English.
