**Main Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, manage, assign and guide subordinate staff to perform service tasks.
- Resolve arising problems, Resolve customer complaints during the shift
- Check the machinery, items, and equipment in the area you are responsible for.
- Support the Restaurant Supervisor in arranging work shifts and managing staff work schedules.
- Report to superiors any cases of shortage, damage, malfunction and transfer to the maintenance and repair department.
- In case the restaurant is overloaded and there are not enough staff to serve, the Leader will perform the tasks of a normal waiter such as: taking orders, delivering dishes to customers and fulfilling other requests from customers in the restaurant.
- Report daily work to superiors at the end of shift.
- Assign employees to perform end-of-shift tasks such as cleaning, tidying up, arranging...
- End the shift and assign work to the next shifts.

**Requirements**:

- Support the Service team and be responsible for the assigned area;
- Ensure service quality according to prescribed standards;
- Have at least 1 - 2 years of working experience in a similar position
- Have knowledge about Japanese cuisine and culture.
- Foreign language ability (Equivalent to Japanese N4-N3).
- Training & guidance for new employees;
- Monitor goods orders and inventory;
- Support work assignment;
- Update and report issues related to the restaurant's service activities
- There is a high sense of responsibility.
- Able to withstand work pressure.
- Passion on working in the restaurant and hotel industry.
