**THE POSITION**

**Poultry Technical Specialist in North, Animal Health**
- Conduct Poultry technical services in OPU country.
- Technical support to partners, distributor and customers included in-house activities and in-field activities.
- Consult for Brand marketing Manager.
- Consult for Poultry Business Segment Head for strategy development.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Preserving ongoing audits (hatchery, farm) by regular customer site visit. Report to Technical Manager for audit result.
- Feedbacks from customer are finalized in field visit report.
- Gain good quality vaccination process. Comprehensive reports for communicate findings and guide customer staff through next step.
- Involve conducting trial include new product trial, commercial trial.
- Prepare and align with Technical manager for trial protocol Poultry vaccine products and timeline.
- Plan, set-up trial and following-up trial. Report and present the trial result to Technical Manager and Poultry Business Segment Head.
- Provide business service to sale-force by present the trial result, technical product differentiation to customers.
- Prepare good material to share during customer visiting with sale team.
- Provide technical consult to Brand Marketing Manager during marketing campaign.
- Technical involve during prepare the marketing material: brochure, leaflet, video, etc.

**Requirements**:
**Minimum Education / Degree Requirements**:Diploma in Veterinary Medicine

Experience / field of study in Poultry industry.

**Skills & experiences**:

- Logistic knowledge and experience handling veterinary equipment and biological samples.
- Mechanical and pneumatic logic basic knowledge.
- Inventory stock and forecast management.
- Influencing skills: approach the customer and vaccination operator to follow BI vaccination procedures and equipment use.
- Independence - Able to travel visit customer site and work in collaboration with Technical and/or Sales team.
- Functional expertise: provide technical support to partner and customers.
- Internal / BI Knowledge - Product Knowledge; Help Technical team on trainings and equipment.
- Expertise - Interpersonal skill; customer face-to-face visit, dealing with multiple local vendor and BI internal organization.
