**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Huy động vốn từ các tổ chức và doanh nghiệp thuộc Miền Bắc theo mục tiêu kinh doanh đã đề ra
- Mobilize funds from organizations and enterprises in _the North _as business plan_
- Phát triển, duy trì, chăm sóc và mở rộng mạng lưới các nhà đầu tư tại khu vực miền Bắc
- Develop, maintain, foster and expand the network of investors in the North_
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các Đơn vị khác trong việc phát triển và cung cấp các sản phẩm, danh mục đầu tư phù hợp với những thay đổi và biến động của thị trường về lãi suất, khái niệm mới về sản phẩm,...
- Collaborate closely with other Business units in developing and offering the appropriate products, portfolio as well as getting the changes and movements of market on interest rate, new concept of products, etc_
- Giải đáp các thắc mắc của của khách hàng
- Handle customers’ inquiries _
- Thực hiện các báo cáo, tờ trình giao bởi Trưởng Nhóm Huy Động Nguồn Vốn - Miền Bắc
- Prepare and review all reports and documents assigned by _Funding Sales Team Leader - North_
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Trưởng Nhóm Huy Động Nguồn Vốn - Miền Bắc
- Undertake other tasks assigned by_ _Funding Sales Team Leader - North_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kinh tế, Ngân hàng
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Banking_
- Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực Tài chính, Ngân hàng
- At least 03 years’ experience working in Finance, Banking_
- Kỹ năng nói và viết trong giao tiếp tốt
- Good oral & written communication skills_
- Kỹ năng phân tích thị trường và lập kế hoạch
- Market analysis & planning skills_
- Kỹ năng xử lý vấn đề
- Problem solving skills_
- Kỹ năng thương thuyết với khách hàng
- Customer orientation skills_
- Kỹ năng tư vấn bán hàng và telesales
- Up selling & telesales skills_
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software_
- Thành thạo tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English_
- Có hiểu biết và kinh nghiệm về lĩnh vực ngân hàng, tài chính tiêu dùng là một lợi thế
- Understanding of banking and consumer finance is a plus_
