**Requirements**:

- At least **5 years of experience** using **Unity and C#** for mobile game development
- Proficient in working with **REST API clients** and handling server responses
- Solid understanding of **GitHub** and version control best practices
- **Confident in reviewing and approving pull requests** on GitHub, ensuring code quality and consistency across all team members.
- Strong background in **Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)** and **Data Structures**
- Capable of **leading development efforts** while following clear direction from the Game Director
- Responsible for **maintaining project architecture** and ensuring code quality across the team
- Able to **create development plans**, break down tasks, and manage timelines effectively
- Skilled in working with **Humanoid Animations**, including transitions, blending, and extracting from Mixamo
- Experienced in **environment design** within Unity such as using URP, lighting, etc.
- Proficient in **Particle Systems** and **Shader Graph**
- Familiar with third-party services such as **Firebase**, **Game Analytics**, **Facebook SDK**, **AdMob**, **Google Play IAP**, and other mobile game tools
- Must have **published at least one mobile game in Google Play or App Store.**

Pay: 20,500,000₫ - 70,000,000₫ per month
