MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Mail and Document Management
Sort and process incoming mail and documents for the DOSM.
Attach relevant files to facilitate necessary actions, ensuring proper routing and signatures.
2. Communication Management
Receive and screen incoming calls, taking messages as appropriate.
Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team member.
3. Office Organization
Maintain filing systems, records management, and office workflows.
Coordinate and manage departmental duty rosters and attendance reports.
4. Administrative Support
Assist with preparing accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Prepare documents for the Sales team following company standards.
Organize and coordinate the DOSM’s travel itineraries.
Screen and follow up on urgent telephone calls and inquiries.
5. Meeting Support
Attend key meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate records.
Write weekly meeting minutes and maintain a logbook.
6. Coordination
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication.
Provide additional or specialized guest services as needed.
7. General Office Management
Maintain the agenda, receive guests, and manage telephone operations.
Monitor departmental expenses related to job functions.
Participate in scheduled training and employee activities.
8. Team Support
Act as an administrative consultant on various staff issues.
Foster positive relationships with hotel staff.
9. Additional Duties
Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the DOSM.

**LANGUAGES**: Vietnamese - Excellent level, written & spoken English - Basic level, written & spoken
WORK EXPERIENCE IN OTHER COMPANIES (IN CASE OF EXTERNAL SELECTION): At least 01 year in the hospitality at the same position.
