Recruitment (60%) - Work closely with HRD & HRBP Leader to build a recruitment master plan for new and exisiting stores; - Coordinate with team to run projects to meet deadline for opening new stores; - Promptly report to HRD/ Leader any issues/change arising within the project and propose the suitable solution; - Participate in branding activities through social media channels; - Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost effective. 2.
