Campaign Planning:

- Develop paid social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends.
- Set objectives, budgets, and timelines for each campaign.

Ad Creation & Management:

- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce engaging ad creatives (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
- Write compelling ad copy tailored to target audiences.
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads.
- Ensure precise targeting and strong click-through rates (CTR).
- Align persona targeting with the broader digital marketing strategy.

Audience Targeting & Segmentation:

- Define and segment audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
- Leverage data to refine targeting strategies and boost campaign performance.

Budget Management:

- Monitor daily spend to maintain KPIs across acquisition channels.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

- Regularly analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Implement A/B testing to fine-tune creatives, targeting, and placements.
- Use data to make informed adjustments for better results.

Funnel & Lead Management:

- Report weekly on paid social performance vs. business KPIs.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Community, and TMK teams to improve lead acquisition, conversion, and follow-up processes.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads, Zalo Ads, Twitter Ads).
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM is a big plus.
