**What We Can Offer**:
1. General Marketing Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing customer gifts/merchandising in SEA region.
- Assist in doing market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Identify prospects, qualify them, and generate sales leads from various channels.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team for local implementation of product launches and promotional activities.
- Facilitate the rollout of global/regional initiatives in SEA or other targeted regions.
- Achieve KPIs as defined and set

2. Marketing Communication & Digital:

- Support sales initiatives and marketing activities including customer tech days, seminars, workshops and trade exhibitions.
- Assist in develop marketing collaterals to support sales activities.
- Translation and maintenance of local website contents keeping it up to date.
- Localized marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, and press releases into the local language.
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives from the regional marketing communication team ensuring high ranking of company's website in the search engines.
- Hands-on on digital tools including CMS, PIM, Google Analytics, e-newsletter and other marketing automation tool.
- Manage the CRM system (MS Dynamics) and leads management process.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional qualification
- 5 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with Google analytics and CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics
- Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in organizing participation in customer events and trade fairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
