External Communication

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and talented **External Relations & Communication Manager** to lead our communications team. Your team oversees all external communications, public & government relations for a company, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging.

With the mission to create and maintain a favorable public image for Cốc Cốc, you will be responsible for conveying an organization's external messages by communication and media relations programs.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and implement effective media communication strategies and leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media;
- Create communication and PR plan for new products, launches, events, and promotions in different groups;
- Lead the communication and public relations staff to build & retain media relation network;
- Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner;
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests, organize company branding & press event;
- Monitor, analyze and communicate PR and media activity report on quarterly basis;
- Maintain, nurture the long run relationship with government institutions while seeking more relationships with new government departments.
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all communication materials, assure brand guidelines followance.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Required skills:

- Master or Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Proven track record planning and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level;
- Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media/press
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Preferred qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with Technology products is a plus;
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous;
- Strong relationship or experience in government relations.

Soft skills:

- Good presentation, and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to engage and influence business and technical audiences;
- Good knowledge of markets and changing business environments
- Good English skills.
