Mission

The Supply Chain Assistant will be the first point of contact for the leader’s internal and external stakeholders. He/she will take following tasks:

- Facilitate meetings and information exchange
- Translate and interpret communications in English and Vietnamese.
- Track project deadlines, milestones, and deliverables, providing regular updates and reminders.
- Conduct research and compile reports as requested, offering insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and organized WH records, files, and databases.
- Assist to follow order (reception, delivery date )
- Assist to coordinate forwarder action (custom declaration, shipment tracking..)
- Assist to coordinate and organize inventory
- Track and report delivery timeline and issues

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, logistic or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, word, etc.).
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Supply chain experience is a plus.
