What You Will Do
- Oversee all Accounting operations, procurement and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and corporate guidelines.
- Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, payroll, and financial analysis.
- Lead and develop the Accounting team.
- Provide accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Partner with management to optimize profitability and support future planning.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, ACCA, or Master’s is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as Financial Controller/Assistant FC in hotels (pre-opening experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative leader who embodies Wink’s culture of curiosity, personalization, and teamwork.
