Senior HR Officer, Associate

**Position Summary**:
Responsible for HR general activities, such as recruitment, payroll, immigration, staff benefits administration, reporting, reconciliation, payment of invoices, taxation, actuarial calculation, etc. in a strong control environment and be able to recommend effective human resources solutions for continuous improvement of Human Resources Department.
Manages relationship with department heads to ascertain their needs and recommends effective human resources policies. Manages relationship with vendors and maintain good HR service levels for all clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible as a recruiter to perform all hiring activities such as sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding a new joiner
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery in HR Operations area, which includes payroll, staff benefits administration, monthly and annual report of social insurance, income tax, internal and regulatory reporting, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate process of all immigration matters, visa, work permit, residence card for expatriates.
- Manage relationship with external vendors and regulatory officials, covering area of payroll, insurance, immigration, income tax and any other area of HR operations and ensure that their service levels are maintained as per agreed standard.
- Responsible for leave administration, review and update employees leave entitlement in yearly basis.
- Responsible for regulatory reporting, i.e. reports to State Bank of Vietnam, Labor Department, Tax Authority Office, etc.
- Together with Head of HR to perform annual review of country Human Resources policies and procedures. Propose improvements as required.
- Coordinate the annual KOP documents review process and ensure that these documents are reviewed in accordance with the review date.
- Ensure that appropriate control is in place for alls HR procedures and propose process and control improvement whenever necessary.
- Ensure that the HR Operations is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Other general HR tasks as assigned from time to time
**Professional and Personal Qualifications**:
- University graduate, with minimum 5 years relevant experience.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good interpersonal communication skill to develop and manage relationships with internal and external parties.
- Self driven individual with eager to learn and quick to adapt with change, innovation
- Strong background in payroll or recruitment
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work at pace within a fast moving environment but still paying attention to details.
- Ability to handle multitasking job.
- Team player and strong analytical skills.
