**About The Role**
The primary role of Senior Business Development Manager is to identify opportunities and build a strong business pipeline for the portfolio which includes generating quality leads for conversion. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible to identify and develop business opportunities for the company’s business.
**Location**:Hanoi/ Hybrid
**What will they do**:
- Build company’s 1st year pipeline of university clients and develop go-to-market strategy for Vietnam
- Develop client relationships and execute marketing engagement with universities & institutes of higher learning
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing team within the company to develop and implement digital solutions for the university clients
- Manage the implementation stage to ensure delivery of results to the university clients
- Execute pre-sales activities with existing and potential clients across different
verticals
- Coordinate knowledge sharing and develop talents within internal teams
**What skills and experience will they need?**
- Degree holder in business, engineering, statistics, or any related discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in market research, consulting, sales or relevant
industry
- Have previously owned or contributed to P&L of more than USD 500K
- Entrepreneurial mindset and 'Co-Founder' abilities to build a team and develop
strategy for Vietnam, with potential to build up to Country Manager role
- Strong interpersonal, client relationship, project management, and team
development skills
- Strong networking skills, team player, good presentation skills
**Salary**: 45,000,000₫ - 55,000,000₫ per month
