Lead the Sales Team**:Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
- ** Develop Sales Strategies**: Design and implement strategies to capitalize on market trends, improve revenue streams, and enhance competitive positioning.
- ** Innovate and Add Value**:Lead initiatives to develop and present new ideas that enhance product value, driving sales growth and increasing revenue.
- ** Conduct Market and Competitor Analysis**: Oversee detailed competitor and market analyses to identify areas for competitive advantage and market expansion.
- ** Customer Acquisition and Retention**:Direct efforts to identify, evaluate, and acquire new customers while improving feedback channels to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- ** Expand Business Opportunities**: Identify lucrative market opportunities and foster relationships with new business partners to increase networking capabilities and market reach.
- ** Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on strategies and execution for maximum impact.
- ** Monitor and Report**:Regularly analyze and report sales performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 1 years in a leadership role managing SDR or similar teams.
- Proven ability to design and implement successful lead generation and prospecting strategies.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and promoting ideas effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and maintain relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights and optimize processes.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ambition to drive results.
- Fluent English, with confidence in direct communication with customers and internal teams.
