We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our client’s international business development team. This role focuses on expanding the global B2B customer base in sectors such as manufacturing, electronics, and healthcare - specifically cleanroom-grade Nitrile gloves. **Responsibilities** - Identify and engage potential overseas business clients through market research, outreach campaigns, and industry networking. - Handle all sales communications, from initial contact to contract finalization. - Collaborate closely with the factory to oversee order fulfillment, ensure timely delivery, and maintain product quality standards. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, and provide regular reports on sales activities and results. - Represent the company in global industry events, exhibitions, and virtual trade shows to promote products and build partnerships. **Requirements**: - Min 1 year of experience in B2B sales, export-import, or global customer engagement. - College/University degree in Business, International Trade, Foreign Languages, Import-Export, or related fields." - Preferred: Background in manufacturing industries, PPE (personal protective equipment), medical devices, or ESD-related products. - Familiarity with office software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). **Benefits** - Holiday, Tet, birthday bonuses, company trips, appreciation gifts - Lunch support, weekends off (Saturday & Sunday) - Social, health, and unemployment insurance as per regulations - In-depth training on products and international sales skills - Career advancement opportunities Pay: 15,000,000₫ - 25,000,000₫ per month **Experience**: - Sales B2B: 1 year (preferred) - PPE or ESD: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) Application Deadline: 2025/06/30
