**Mô tả công việc**: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) WHAT YOU‘LL DO 1. Help Desk (30%) Ensure to deliver good IT quality to support all users at Back Office, Hubs and Stores. Monitor, predict and handle all IT issues/requests via ticket. Mentor, assign task to IT support team members. Provide L2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. 2.Support System (70%) Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies. Provide the report to higher level for status of IT support, IT Infrastructure. Administers servers, laptop and desktop computers (including thin clients), printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, company mobile phones, smartphones, software deployment, CCTV, POS... Ensure security through access controls, backups... Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution. Ensure all IT system, network and database can be run smoothly and assure data synchronization.
