Department Summary:

- Conduct research and analyze data to develop knowledge of internal processes/procedures, find out issues/fraud/un-efficient procedures; propose/impose/implement new procedures/internal controls/new system or IT development to solve existing problems, improve processes for better quality management system, reduce operations cost, increase productivity/customer satisfaction.
- Participate in major business initiatives/developing and support in the planning and implementation of such projects as OVA, E-Portal, ISO, Operation and Logistic Projects.

Position Summary:

- Playing as Business analysts help to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical information. Once the issue is clearly understood, outlining detailed requirements for a solution, and ensuring the delivered solution meets those business requirements.
- Being engaged from the outset (initiating, planning, executing, monitor and control, closing) of a project or phase of project.
- Helping to bridge the gap between IT or HQ system and the wider projects.
- Approaching involved departments to capture internal activities aimed at setting up or improving a process or workflow.
- Collaborate with demand users to develop solutions for automated dashboards and reports so that business users can quickly and accurately see how key business operations and processes are performing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Rolled project: Playing as trouble shooter to check, identify errors and find solutions to fix errors. As well as reporting the regular issues/ problems to BPO Manager to modify the system if necessary.
- New Phase of Project/New Project:

- Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

- Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon, so it is easily understood by the whole team.
- Coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Acting as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Working with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Implementing and testing of solutions.
- Performing scenario testing and organizing user acceptance tests (UAT)
- Preparing the manual guidance for end-user and send it to Project Manager’s approval.
- Organizing the training course, knowledge transferring (workshop), or lesson learn register of new project to end-users.
- Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.
- Following the instruction from Project Manager about the trouble shooting in testing and launching the project.
- Other tasks:

- Consolidating the standard of procedures (SOP) and job description (JV) from HODs. Requesting for updated SOP and updated JV from HODs and loading them into the company public clouds.
- Conducting audit to ensure the SOPs being complied.
- Coordinating with Regional IT & local in build-up automatic report to mitigate the manual processes.
- Maintaining & following up issues correspond to build report/BI tools to ensure the quality of data outcome.
- Ad-hoc assignment from higher level (CFO, Project Manager, Assistant Manager)

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, finance and accounting or IT.
- Preferring person who internal transfer in relevant fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant fields.
