**Purpose**
- To investigate and address violations by agency sales forces or employees, or any relevant issues arising during business activities, in accordance with the company’s requirements, and to monitor their compliance.

**Operations**
- Conducts day-to-day operations related to agency compliance activities, including identifying, investigating, recording, and reporting cases of agent violations.
- Recommends appropriate punishments and implements them for misconduct cases in accordance with company regulations.
- Maintains an effective Distribution Compliance handling procedure, which includes defining classification criteria for misconduct and corresponding punishments.
- Periodically and promptly report agent violations to the DC Head.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Handle and investigate all complaints against the agency force/sales force or complaints/violations against employees.
- Collaborate closely with Sales force/Agency leaders for compliance training, onsite inspections, handling agent violations, and monitoring their adherence to company regulations.
- Organize and chair meetings, providing appropriate and efficient solutions for violation cases.
- Negotiate confidently and independently during investigations and handling of violations.
- Understand the company’s compliance system and procedures, proposing accurate and appropriate solutions.
- Safeguard customer benefits.
- Conduct onsite reviews of agency/sales force activities and provide compliance training for employees at all sales offices nationwide.
- Collaborate with colleagues to handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Resolve any challenges or conflicts that may arise during the working process and provide constructive feedback as required.
- Prepare and submit department reports on time.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Distribution Compliance.
- Coordinate with and report to IAV/MOF on agency compliance issues, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Law and/or Commerce, Economics)
- Having experience in agency compliance within the life insurance industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in drafting English is essential. Strong English language skills are necessary to communicate clearly with expats and foreign companies in Vietnam.
- Investigation, problem-solving, analysis, negotiation and presentation skill
- Good negotiation
- Strong analytical skills
- Microsoft Office and especially Excel skills are compulsory requirements
- Able to work independently and work under pressure.
