Advise and assist the Chairman of the Board of Directors in financial investment.
- Provide counsel to the Board of Directors and Executive Board on long-term, medium-term, and short-term financial policies.
- Advise the Executive Board and CEO on accounting policies, inspection regulations, and financial accounting control mechanisms for the corporation.
- Propose measures to enhance the effectiveness of financial management, optimize costs within the company and the group, in terms of revenue, expenses, capital recovery, and debt recovery.
- Project accounting, fund sources, cash flow analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of cash flow investments.
- Maintain the companys liquidity and ensure sufficient financial resources.
- Appraise the companys value and provide business direction.
- Capital mobilization: Banks, financial funds, investment cooperation, unsecured cash borrowing.
- Organize the implementation of contingency cash plans in suitable forms to meet sudden cash requirements.
- Review and monitor financial plans, control the financial situation of the company and the group to propose remedies.
- Audit and control cash inflows and outflows, bank deposits, etc., of the company and its subsidiary units.
- Control the management of company assets through bookkeeping.
- Collaborate closely with the members of the Board of Directors to direct, manage, and oversee the general business operations of departments/units within the company.
