- Translate in meetings, conference and report directly to General Director, Corporate Management Manager.
- Translate documents, contracts as requested.
- Prepare summary reports and data analysis to support the decision-making of the General Director.
- Monitor the progress of work from various departments and report to the General Director.
- Assist, prepare and arrange meetings to General Director.
- Handle visa, work permit and other document related to GD.
- Compile and translate documents for others department with partners, customers,vendors in Japan.
- Other tasks assigned by GD and Corporate Management Manager.
- Graduating from College or Higher, proficiency in 4 skills of Japanese-N2.
- Having at least 2 years at the same position at Retail/FMCG industry.
- Good in using Microsoft office (Word, excel, power point), especially know how to use excel for summary report.
- Able to go business travel constantly.
- Able to read & fundamental understand English.
- Active & can working independence.
- Having good communication, convince, problem solving skills.
