Job description:

- Legal Consulting Tasks (Main Tasks):

- Providing legal and labor consulting to clients;
- Preparing, reviewing, and revising various documents and conducting various legal research regarding the above;
- Handling or providing support for M&A cases and other corporate deals;
- Internal tasks
- Providing internal consulting to other departments in AGS if directed, requested, or admitted by the director or legal manager;
- Providing various materials such as educational materials, materials for internal/ external seminars, newsletters and any other ones requested by the director or legal manager;
- Training staff in the legal department and other departments;
- Cooperating with and supporting the director and legal manager developing our legal and labor service including but not limited to establishing a law with AGS's request. (representative offices);
- Composing business establish records and perform related tasks;
- Preparing necessary documents for foreigners residence and working in Vietnam;
- Translating relevant documents;
Work location:

- Head office: Lầu 1, số 25 đường Hoàng Diệu, phường 13, quận 4, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
- Branch: Tầng 4 và 5, số 42 Phố Kim Mã Thượng, Phường Cống Vị, Quận Ba Đình, Thành phố Hà Nội.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Have academic or career background in Law;
- Required skills: at least TOEIC 760 or N3, or equivalent for paralegals; For those having practical professionality on licensing, M&A and Visa matters, salary is negotiable.
- No experience is welcomed; Having longer than 3-4 years of experience working as a legal specialist/Associate would be highly appreciated and got a high salary;
- Work well with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...);
- Good working attitude and diligence;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Interesting in working with Japanese clients and managers;
**Only CVs in Japanese and English are acceptable.
