**ABOUT THE ROLE**: As the Product Manager (Gamification Manager) for Elfie, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that integrate gamification and loyalty rewards to drive user engagement and retention within the Elfie mobile app. You will leverage your expertise in game design, loyalty programs, and data analysis to create in-app experiences that encourage Elfie users to consistently engage with the platform and unlock valuable rewards. Our vision is to become the world's largest self-reported medical record platform, supporting all therapeutic areas in a single, gamified, and free app for maximum impact. These companies need employees to stay in good health and engaged to increase productivity and keep ever-increasing healthcare costs under control.
