**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for identifying and assisting in solving HR related issues, ensuring these adhere to the organisations policies and objectives. Analysing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements are all part of the role.

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:
Job responsibilities:

- Develop and implement new analytical methods and models.
- Design and build data pipelines for data collection and processing.
- Create predictive models to forecast future outcomes.
- Communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources.
- Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data.
- Develop and maintain reporting processes to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.
