**Job Description**:
**ABOUT YOUR ROLE** :As the HR Services Specialist for Vietnam, you will partner with local Welfare Committees, Global Workforce Operation (GWO), HR Centre of Excellence (COE) teams, HR Business Partners (ASEAN-wide by Business Function), Union Team as well as with external service vendors to provide a seamless employee experience. You will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL INCLUDE, BUT WILL NOT BE LIMITED TO**:
**HR Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the in-country day-to-day HR and Administrative activities and review processes for continuous improvement through standardization, scalability and automation to improve efficiency and employee experiences.
- Coordinate and support the employee life cycles (Onboarding/Off-Boarding, New-Hire Process/Orientation, Local Training Activities, E-Comp Process, Performance Management, Local Employee Healthcare/Medical Administration, Internal & External Employee Surveys).
- Responsible for building effective recruitment channels & recruitment activities for professionals and blue collars.
- Manage Time & Attendance, Payroll of outsourced employees.
- Organize and promote employee engagement activities, wellbeing, employer branding, CSR and local town halls.
- Provide employees guidance on HR and Admin regulations/policies.
- Manage and maintain employee handbooks, labor documents to ensure compliance of corporate and local perspectives
- Any other ad-hoc HR Projects/HR Tasks assigned by HR Service Lead.

**Admin/General Affairs**:.
- Facilitate and control in facilities management, cleanliness, manage outsourcing cleaning, security and maintenance to ensure a safe environment for employees and daily efficient operations of Distribution Centers and Business in Viet Nam.
- Responsible for Pantry Services, Agencies/Service Vendor Management (Visa Application/Air Ticket, Couriers, Hotel, Transporation, Telecom, etc).
- Assist with overseas visitors/guests’ hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, prepare invite letters for overseas employees.
- Reception duties
- Manage end-to-end processes of Non-Trade purchasing: vendor sourcing, new vendor setup, PO, Contract Management, price negotiation, invoices and payment.
- Any other ad-hoc Admin Tasks/ Reports assigned by HR Service Lead

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors in Business Management, Human Resources and/or relevant disciplines.
- More than 2- 3 years of hands-on HR generalist and administrative experience in a dynamic MNC environment.
- Strong working knowledge of local employment legislation.
- Good command of English with strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Hands on Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides)
- Able to manage multiple projects/ priorities and work independently.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player with a strong customer focus.
