Recruitment
- Coordinate with departments to determine recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Prepare and manage JDs and post job ads after approval.
Prepare evaluation forms and offer documents for new hires.
- Implement onboarding and offboarding plans.
- Connect to universities to improve sources of talents.
Admin
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned, including appraisal admin, housekeeping, and other office-related tasks.
- Track and compare costs monthly to ensure budget control.
- Follow admin costs to be paid every month.
- Responsible for HR-related purchases; coordinate with Logistics & Accounting.
Employee Development & Engagement
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
Systems & Support
- Support to build and maintain HRIS in Odoo.

1. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- University or college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 months of experience in HR or related roles.
- Fresh graduates or interns interested in learning are also welcome.
2. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR regulations.
- Familiar with recruitment, training, and employee development processes.
3. ATTITUDE & ATTRIBUTES:
- Careful and detail-oriented.
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure.
