- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Be reponsbile for implementing, managing and supervising in the Brand Management in order to enhance the Brand awareness and Brand loyalty as well as improve category sales performance which required by the Business Unit.
- Plan, manage and supervise in new product development, product marketing, forecast and demand planning.
- Work with regional principal to understand and build the brand equity and portfolio & manage brand identity under global guideline.
- Research competitor tracking to understand about market/ consumer.
- Assist Marketing Manager in other programs.
- JOB DESCRIPTIONS- Be reponsbile for implementing, managing and supervising in the Brand Management in order to enhance the Brand awareness and Brand loyalty as well as improve category sales performance which required by the Business Unit.
- Develop the Plan, Strategies to enhance the brand awareness and and brand loyalty.
- Make promotion program to make sure increase sales and cost effective.
- Develop, implement brand management plan and evaluate the effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Trade team, Logistic team to follow and keep track the stock, forecast, planning.
- Budget planning & control.
- Plan, manage and supervise in new product development, product marketing, forecast and demand planing.
- Plan, define product launching maps and strategy.
- Research and determine product weaknesses and areas to be modified such as modify packaging, sticker.
- Develop effective product positioning in the market through marketing strategy.
- Work with regional principal to understand and build the brand equity and portfolio & manage brand identity under global guideline.
- Deal with principal about product portfolio, pricing, support to ensure effectiveness.
- Plan, execute and report the MKT program.
- Research competitor tracking to understand about market consumer.
- Manage and supervise research activities to determine the brand’s status in terms of product preference, image ratings, consumer feedback, competitor activities, new demand.
- Perform the analysis of customer behavior, market condition and competition situation from the collected data.
- Assist Marketing Manager in other programs.
- Manage and monitor all staffs’ activities.
- Tasks are assigned by Manager

- Education background:

- University with the Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economics major
- Working Experience:

- At least 03 years of experiences supervising MKT/ FMCG
- Competency:

- Computer level A
- English Communication Level B or over
- Strategy Planning skills
- Problem Solving skills
