**QC Techinician**
- Salary: 8 - 12 mil
**- Working**: Mon - Sat, 8h - 17h
- **Office**: Nhà máy AkzoNobel Đồng Nai - Đường số 2, KCN Nhơn Trạch, Đồng Nai.
**1.**_**Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job**_**:
**1.1. EHS requirements (15%)**:
**1.2. Quality performance (30%)**:
- Conduct review and revise testing method at all processes of Extrusion/ Milling/ Dry Blending/ Bonding, review spec, prepare COA & panel to make sure that FG releases OTIF with accurate data & meets customer requirements.
- Process confirmation implementation and reporting, following improvement actions.
- Assistant in Quality Improvement projects.
**1.3. Document management (30%)**:
- Daily management document: updating, revising, following with cross functions.
**1.4. Auditing (15%)**:
- Support to drive for Audit (ISO internal audit/ external audit, Q-SAQ, SAQ, Customer Audit, Supplier Audit)
**1.5. People management (10%)**:

- **2. Responsibilities**_
- Liaise with customer service and production departments to ensure projects are started, executed, and finished according to federal regulations.
- Manage point step process review, label and materials review, and QA approval of documentation control, line clearing, and process deviations.
- Ensure all staff within the facility follow ISO & AkzoNobel requirements.
- Create manual test cases, test data, and test scripts based on project objectives.
- Perform manual and automated testing, analyzing, and recording related results.
- Review end-user notes for accuracy of implemented operations descriptions
- Document defects with conciseness, accuracy, and details to ensure defects are not reproduced.
- Provide requested status and results throughout the facility.
- Reporting to the quality assurance manager.

- Proficiency with all MS Office Suite programs
- Expertise in Excel required
- Strong mathematics skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Superior communication skills
