**Job Title: International Business Development**

Department: International Sales

Report to: Deputy Managing Director

Location: District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

**Summary**:
We are looking for an International Business Development to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The International Business Development will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our business into new international markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and markets
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the company's products (panels, building materials, etc.)
- Generate leads and qualify prospects
- Close B2B sales deals
- Provide customer support and service

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the construction materials industry (not mandatory)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in traveling abroad and participating in trade conferences
- Fluent in English
