**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer to create and manage digital designs for our client’s campaign.

The Motion Graphic Designer's responsibilities include managing all design and motion related tasks, refining projects and drafts and generating creative ideas.

To be successful as a Motion Graphic Designer, you should have extensive knowledge of various graphic/motion design, styles, and techniques for video ads. You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns.

**How will YOU contribute to the Team?**
- Meet account managers to discuss and align on the design brief and concept
- Focus in creating design layout and if needed 2D animation graphics to produce the end deliverable as a video output
- Take responsibility for producing visual design for other campaign deliverables: banners, rich media, mini game, microsite etc
- Work collaboratively with other designers and developers on defining requirements, wireframes and delivering design assets.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to account managers, sales or clients
- Work within the campaign team on clients’ requirements and feedback
- Carry out any other duties and tasks as requested by your supervisor

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

**Do YOU have what it takes to succeed?**
- Bachelor of Arts or equivalent degree in commercial arts or related field
- 3+ years' experience in Graphic Design / Motion Graphics / Digital Design
- Have experience work at advertising, digital agency company and global brand is a plus
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), After Effects and Premiere
- Have experience with conversational ability in English language, ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- Self-motivated, details-focused, willing to challenge your limitation to learn and grow.
- Bonus if you have a knack for digital thinking and research on tech trends
- Good teamwork spirit, high sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure to get great things done right and on time.
