As a motion designer, you will be tasked with creating engaging short videos and HTML display ads from assets provided by our clients by adding motion graphics, playful typographic treatments, and eye-catching transitions while keeping an exceptional sense of pacing and timing. The ability to work as part of a team is a must since you will be working alongside our sound engineers, 3D designers, team leaders, and art directors in each project in order to ensure consistency and the highest quality standards. Our typical turnaround time is faster than most other agencies, with projects typically lasting from just a few days to a couple of weeks.
Công việc của một chuyên viên thiết kế hoạt ảnh là tạo ra những video ngắn lôi cuốn và quảng cáo hiển thị HTML qua việc ứng dụng đồ họa chuyển động, kỹ thuật chữ cái và chuyển cảnh bắt mắt trên những chất liệu thô của khách hàng. Chuyên viên thiết kế hoạt ảnh cần phối hợp với kỹ sư âm thanh, chuyên viên thiết kế 3D, team leader và Art Directors trong mỗi sản phẩm, vì vậy khả năng làm việc nhóm là vô cùng quan trọng. Mục tiêu của công việc hướng tới tạo ra những sản phẩm có chất lượng tốt nhất và giao tới khách hàng đúng hạn. Tiến độ ở Shuttlerock thường nhanh hơn ở các agency khác, với thời gian mỗi dự án giao động từ vài ngày cho đến vài tuần.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Proficiency with After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong design skills and understanding of international creative trends.
Degree in Graphic Design, fine arts or related experience.
Ability to communicate, write and read in English. Other languages are appreciated.
Good at time management and teamwork.
Understanding process and how to communicate objective feedback.
Solid knowledge of the diverse social media platforms.
Great sense for typography and design. (Reinforcement training provided)

Hiểu về quy trình vận hành và cách trao đổi những góp ý khách quan
Hiểu biết sâu rộng về nhiều nền tảng mạng xã hội
Có cảm nhận tốt về sắp xếp chữ cái và đồ họa
