Evaluate all insurance transactions according to Operation Manual, to be ensure all transactions that made by GA and branch office performs uniformly with the procedures, regulations and principles of Prudential Vietnam Assurance (PVA)
- Đánh giá các giao dịch bảo hiểm theo bộ tài liệu hướng dẫn thực hiện các nghiệp vụ Giao dịch bảo Hiểm (GDBH) nhằm đảm bảo các giao dịch do các văn phòng Tổng đại lý (GA) và các văn phòng Chi nhánh thực hiện đồng nhất theo đúng quy trình, quy định và nguyên tắc của Prudential Việt Nam_

Set up processes, quality standards and monitor according to principles set out
- Thiết lập các quy trình, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và giám sát thực thi theo các tiêu chí đã đưa ra_
- Professional Assessment of Insurance Transactions_:_
- _ Conduct thorough evaluations of insurance transactions and activities within the Operations business teams to ensure processes are executed uniformly and accurately according to established procedures._
- _ Thực hiện đánh giá nghiệp vụ giao dịch bảo hiểm cho các hoạt động của các phòng ban trực thuộc Khối GDBH nhằm đảm bảo quy trình được thực hiện đồng nhất, chính xác theo quy định._
- Quality Control Criteria Development_:_
- _ Develop and implement quality control criteria for the Operations business teams to maintain high standards of performance._
- _ Thiết lập các tiêu chí kiểm soát chất lượng cho các phòng ban trực thuộc khối GDBH._
- Principle Assessment for Insurance Transactions_:_
- _ Evaluate the principles and criteria used for checking insurance transactions across various Operations business teams, including NBUW, PS, Claims, Customer Care, Complaint Handling, and Contact Center._
- _ Thực hiện đánh giá các tiêu chí kiểm tra chất lượng nghiệp vụ giao dịch bảo hiểm của các phòng ban trực thuộc khối GDBH (NBUW, PS, Claim, Customer Care, Complaint Handling, Contact Center )._
- Data Analysis and Quality Assurance Reporting_:_
- _ Analyze data and compile comprehensive quality assurance reports for the Operations business teams on a periodic basis._
- _ Phân tích dữ liệu và hoàn tất báo cáo kiểm soát chất lượng của các phòng ban trực thuộc khối GDBH theo định kỳ._
- Collaboration and Coordination_:_
- _ Identify, collaborate, and coordinate with Operations business teams and relevant stakeholders to establish quality control criteria for key processes._
- _ Xác định, làm việc và phối hợp với các phòng ban trực thuộc khối GDBH (hoặc các bộ phận liên quan nếu cần) để thiết lập các tiêu chí đánh giá chất lượng cho các quy trình trọng yếu của phòng ban._
- Risk Mitigation and Prevention_:_
- _ Propose ideas and strategies to mitigate and prevent risks through the review of key processes within the Operations sections._
- _ Đề xuất các ý kiến có thể giảm thiểu & ngăn chặn rủi ro thông qua kết quả đánh giá các quy trình trọng yếu của phòng ban._
- Process Improvement Suggestions_:_
- _ Provide innovative suggestions and creative ideas for management to consider in updating existing processes to make them more rigorous and reasonable._
- _ Cung cấp những đề xuất, ý kiến sáng tạo cho cấp quản lý xem xét cập nhật lại các quy trình hiện tại cho chặt chẽ và hợp lý hơn._
- Additional Tasks_:_
- _ Perform and complete other assigned tasks as requested._
- _ Thực hiện và hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ khác được giao khi có yêu cầu._

Ensure all operation processes at GA, Branch and OP’s business teams will comply with standard of Prudential Vietnam Assurance
- Đảm bảo quy trình nghiệp vụ giao dịch bảo hiểm tại văn phòng Tổng Đại Lý, văn phòng chi nhánh và các phòng ban khối Giao dịch bảo hiểm tuân thủ đúng tiêu chuẩn của Prudential Vi_ệ_t Nam_

Reduce and prevent risk through the implementation operation tasks of GA at counter, through key processes of OP’s business teams
- Giảm thiểu & ngăn chặn rủi ro thông qua việc thực hiện nghiệp vụ giao dịch bảo hiểm của nhân viên GA tại quầy_, thông qua quy trình hoạt động trọng yếu của các phòng ban thuộc khối GDBH_

1. Qualification: University Graduation, especially major in Finance, Banking, Accounting & Auditing is preferred
- Trình độ chuyên môn: _Tốt nghiệp_ _Đ_ại học_, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Kế toán & Kiểm toán_

2. Experience: + At least 3 years working in Operational Risk, Internal Audit or Quality Assurance (QA) at Manager roles

+ Having working experience in Life Insurance’s operation & system is preferred
