**Job Description** Customer Service Daily Task/ Nhiệm vụ hàng ngày của CS**
- Receive Test Request Form (TRF) directly from customer or sales staffs then compare all related information with the actual sample receipt at our lab to ensure all information are correct and match to each other, before updating in internal system/ _Nhận phiếu yêu cầu kiểm nghiệm từ khách hàng hoặc từ các nhân viên sales & đối chiếu với mẫu nhận được nhằm đảm bảo thông tin trên TRF và mẫu giống nhau trước khi nhập liệu vào hệ thống._
- Transfer checked samples and related TRF to relevant lab divisions (SL physical lab/ Chemical lab/ Footwear lab/ Subcontrators etc )/ _Chuyển mẫu và phiếu yêu cầu kiểm nghiệm đến phòng các phòng lab liên quan (cơ lý/ hóa/ giày/ nhà thầu phụ v.v )_
- Issue quotation to customer, coordinate with sales staff to get approval (if needed) before informing to lab to go ahead test process/ _Gởi báo giá cho khách hàng hoặc phối hợp với nhân viên sales liên quan để lấy xác nhận (nếu cần) trước khi thông báo cho lab tiến hành kiểm nghiệm._
- Follow up with labs to ensure test results are released on time as mentioned in TRF (Normal/ Express/ Priority service)/ _Theo dõi với các phòng lab liên quan để chắc chắc ngày trả kết quả kiểm nghiệm đúng như yêu cầu và cam kết với khách hàng (dịch vụ thường, dịch vụ nhanh, dịch vụ ưu tiên)_
- Complete typing reports, ensure it has been well reviewed and send to customer as scheduled/ _Hoàn tất báo cáo, đảm bảo báo cáo đã được kiểm tra kỉ đảm bảo tính chính xác và gởi cho khách hàng theo đúng thời hạn yêu cầu và cam kết._
- Cooperate with lab technicians, report checker to clarify any technical issue for further consult and feedback to customers when necessary / _Phối hợp với các kỉ thuật viên trong lab, báo cáo kiểm viên về các vấn đề liên quan đến kỉ thuật để tư vấn, phản hồi cho khách hàng khi cần thiết._
- Ensure related invoice, daily, weekly, monthly summary is issued and sent to customer on time after jobs is completed/ _Đảm bảo hoá đơn, báo cáo tổng hợp ngày, tuần, tháng được phát hành và gởi cho khách hàng đúng hạn sau khi kiểm nghiệm hoàn thành._
