- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Maintain Existing Client Relationships: travel consultants maintain client relationships and solve problems to keep repeat clients happy
- Customer care: Make phone calls during/ after the trips at the most convenient time for customers, ensure clients are happy with all the services and solve any problems
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- Demonstrating and presenting products
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Working towards monthly targets
- Managing the Sales process through specific software programs
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Participating in Sales meetings

**REPORTING**
- Daily quick meeting with the sales team leader
- Other reports when required

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- This position is for Vietnamese Nationality only.
- Self - motivated and driven by targets.
- At least 6 months of industry Sales experience for English Speaking Market. Experience in tourism is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- **INTERNAL REGULATIONS**:
Working hours: Monday - Saturday (9:00 - 17:00)
