- WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Keep track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on them
- Build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company’s future hiring needs
- Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities for short and/or long term opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitors and the industry
- Use talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to identify and acquire the best talent.
- QUALIFICATION

**Working experience**:Experienced, with a minimum of 3 years professional experience in Talent acquisition/Talent Sourcer, **experienced with the games industry is a must.**
