Giới thiệu về HeyTalent

HeyTalent là công ty headhunt trẻ trung và năng động, chuyên kết nối ứng viên chất lượng cao với các công ty hàng đầu trong lĩnh vực công nghệ, tài chính, và thương mại điện tử.

Tại đây, bạn sẽ được học nghề headhunt thực tế – hiểu sâu hơn về con người, tâm lý và thị trường nhân sự.


Công việc chính

  • Tìm kiếm, chọn lọc và gợi ý ứng viên tiềm năng cho các vị trí đang tuyển

  • Tiếp cận và trò chuyện với ứng viên qua Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo, hoặc điện thoại

  • Cập nhật hồ sơ ứng viên và ghi chú vào hệ thống HeyTalent

  • Hỗ trợ các anh/chị Recruiter trong quá trình phỏng vấn và theo dõi tiến độ

  • Tham gia cùng team trong các buổi training, chia sẻ kỹ năng giao tiếp, thấu hiểu tâm lý


Yêu cầu

  • Là sinh viên các ngành: Tâm lý học, Xã hội học, Nhân sự, Truyền thông, hoặc các ngành liên quan đến con người

  • Nói chuyện tự nhiên, biết lắng nghe, dễ tạo thiện cảm

  • Yêu thích con người, thích kết nối, muốn học hỏi kỹ năng tuyển dụng

  • Biết sử dụng cơ bản mạng xã hội (Facebook, LinkedIn, Zalo…)

  • Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm – sẽ được hướng dẫn, đào tạo chi tiết


Quyền lợi

  • Được đào tạo 1:1 về kỹ năng headhunt chuyên nghiệp và cách "đọc vị" ứng viên

  • Làm việc trực tiếp cùng các Recruiter giàu kinh nghiệm

  • Nhận thư giới thiệu hoặc chứng nhận thực tập sau khi hoàn thành

  • Có cơ hội lên vị trí Recruiter chính thức sau kỳ thực tập

  • Môi trường thân thiện, vui vẻ, được khuyến khích chia sẻ và phát triển bản thân
