- Annual Leave- Tổ chức thực hiện công tác quản lý và thu nồi nợ tại địa bàn theo dach sách và hồ sơ của Khác hàng được phân công.
- Thực hiện các biện pháp nghiệp vụ để tìm kiếm, thuyết phục và thúc đẩy khách hàng thanh toán số tiền đã quá hạn.
- Làm việc với Khách hàng, các bên liên quan, chính quyền địa phương để thu hồi nợ.
- Giải thích các thắc mắc liên quan đến những khoản nợ quá hạn của khách hàng
- Hỗ trợ và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng các kênh thanh toán thuận tiện nhanh chóng
- Lên kế hoạch theo dõi và cập nhật thông tin, tình trạng nợ của danh sách Khách hàng được phân bổ, đảm bảo đạt chỉ tiêu cá nhân được giao.
- Hỗ trợ các thành viên khách của đơn vị để đạt được mục tiêu chung của đơn vị.
- Chịu trách nhiệm báo cáo tình hình, khả năng trả khoản vay của từng khách hàng cho trưởng nhóm, Trưởng đơn vị theo quy định, quy trình nội bộ.
- Tuân thủ quy trình, quy định của Ngân hàng, các chuẩn mực hành vi ứng xử, đạo đức và các quy trình, quy định pháp luật trong quá trình thực hiện công việc,
- Phát hiện, kiểm tra và báo cáo cấp quản lý các trường hợp đặc biệt (gian lận, lừa đảo...)
- Báo cáo hằng ngày với Trưởng nhóm/Trưởng đơn vị kết quả tác nghiệp và kế hoạch đi thực địa bao gồm địa điểm, thời gian và lịch đi thực địa.
- Tham gia thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng đơn vị.
- Làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6.

**Job Requirement**:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên.
- Kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng cơ bản.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thu hồi nợ từ 6 tháng trở lên.
- Tác phong gọn gàng, chỉnh chu, nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát,
- Giao tiếp tốt, có kỹ năng tư vấn, thuyết phục
- Khả năng nắm bắt xử lý tình huống linh hoạt.
- Chăm chỉ, nhiệt tình, tận tâm với công việc.
- Ý thức cao về bảo mật thông tin.
