- Be in charge of and calculate the monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, sick leave ) for employees based on the timesheet and overtime records.
- Process and complete monthly personal income tax declaration, finalization for employees, and expatriates to ensure PIT compliance.
- To carry out the required procedures in dealing with the Company’s HR matters to ensure they are in full compliance with the rules and regulations of the Vietnamese labor agencies/authorities.
- Follow up, monitor staff probation/labour contract due date to ensure proper arrangement before the expiry date required by Laws. Liaise with Managers to ensure performance appraisal is fully collected by the required timeline.
- Exit procedure: arrange termination documents, calculate final payment for leavers, send notice of leave and manage the whole exit procedure process.
- Analyze and interpret current recruitment trends to best tailor search approaches.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 03 years of experience in Human Resource (must have C&B Experience).
- Strong in communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to attract, engage, and assess best-in-class talents in a highly competitive environment.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems (applicant tracking systems, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities.
- Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related degree preferred.
