- 5-10 years in Ecommerce/Sales within the high technology product segment including digital and social platforms.
- Experience in B2B, B2C Sales + Leadership skills.

- We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team and support a global leader in the tech industry, known for their groundbreaking innovations in portable data storage and cutting-edge technological advancements. Their products have revolutionized the tech world, including **the world’s first USB flash drive and a diverse range of tech solutions.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Possess knowledge and experience in IT/Consumer/FMCG industries including management of Omni channels: Channel partners/Resellers, Distributors, Retailers, Online Platforms, System Integrators, Corporates and Institutions.
- Good network of customers in retail, distribution, logistics, corporates.
- Ability to devise and implement good marketing strategies/plans to meet sales KPIs using digital and traditional marketing tools/platforms.
- Ability to strategize, plan, budget and achieve sales and marketing KPIs deliverables.
- Ability to build and manage/lead a strong sales and marketing team.

**Pre-requisites**
- Degree holder with relevant working experience (5-10years) in Ecommerce/Sales within the high technology product segment including digital and social platforms.
- **Familiar with B2B & B2C**:

- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Good project management skills, effective and able to work within budget and ensure sales target is met.
- High energy and comfort level towards working in a fast paced and matrix organisation environment.
- **Good English communication and interpersonal skills with positive disposition.**:

- Possess strong leadership; leadership by example.
- Ability to travel at short notice.
