We call our employees "VIPs" because each of our people is a Very Important Person. - You will approach, learn and develop must - have skills for an Internal HR and being a super talent hunter for sales, marketing, product, back office and IT positions. - You will work in a funny - friendly - relaxing working environment with supportive co-workers. - 13th month salary - Attractive paid leave every year - Salary increase twice per year: April & October - Yearly health check-up - Hybrid working model: 1 day to work from home per week - Shorter working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (1:30 hour for lunch) - Laptop & company phone provided - Monthly party, quarterly team building budget - Yearly company trip (inside & outside Vietnam) - Gifts on special occasions: Mid-autumn, Christmas, Tet holiday - Lunch allowance; Free fruits, snacks & parking fee - Full insurances regarding to Labor law - Special gifts & dinner with CEO for Old-timers (VIPs works over 5 years) - Soft skills training & career coaching - Growth-focused environment **The roles that you’ll be responsible for**: **_ Recruitment Task takes 70%:_** At ITviec, Internal HR is not only a recruiting job, but also a salesperson, marketers, a psychologist, a strategist. - Search CVs fit with company’s requirement. - Check reference. - Welcome new members to join ITviec and support them during probation. **_ Other HR admin tasks and internal & external branding tasks ( No worries, you will be trained) take 30%:_** Not just hiring, as a business partner, you will be in charge of some admin tasks and branding activities. - Do the labor contracts for all employees. - Be in charge of social insurance for all employees such as: - Register social insurance, insurance claim, close insurance books - Do a monthly insurance report and make sure all payments to the Social Insurance department are correct. - Do all the labor reports to the Government. - Assisting the Internal Communication to plan and organize company activities monthly: birthday, anniversary, company birthday, special company events, team outing activities and so on. - Provide and execute ideas on external employer branding. - Other HR internal tasks assigned. **_ Your skills and experience:_** - Prefer female, 23-26 years old - 1~3 year experience as Internal Recruiter (mass recruitment) or Headhunter - Fluent English conversation skill (speaking and listening） **_ Required soft skill and personality:_** - Be a good human being - Outgoing and open-minded - ”Make it done” and fighting spirit - Flexible mind set and eager to learn attitude - Careful, detailed, thoughtful and transparent. - Communicate well with the team and listen to someone’s advice with open mind If you want to learn, if you have fire in your heart and hunger in your eyes, if you want all the responsibility you can handle (and then more) - then ITviec may be for you.
