**Mô tả công việc**: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) Transportation Agreements (TAs): - Provide assurance that obligations in the TAs are correctly understood and implemented by internal and external parties in order to protect and maximize value for NCSP. - Co-ordinate the negotiation process for new TAs and/or TA amendments. Allocation Agreement (AA): - Provide assurance that provisions in the AA are correctly understood and implemented by internal and external parties in order to protect and maximize value for NCSP. - Co-ordinate the negotiation process for AA amendment(s). Tie-in and Service Agreements (TSAs): - Provide assurance that obligations in the TSAs are correctly understood and implemented by internal and external parties in order to protect and maximize value for NCSP. - Co-ordinate the negotiation process for new TSAs and/or TSA amendments. Business Co-operation Contract (BCC): - Be In-charge of coordinating and organizing BOC meetings on quarterly basis, follow up actions/resolutions from BOC meetings. - Follow and work with BCC Partners to achieve BOC approval for NCSP working documents (AFE, Tender Plan, ITT, Contracts, WB&P, Insurance Policy...). Insurance: - Ensure the Operations Insurance (PAR) is renewed timely on yearly basis. - Ensure the Third Party coverage for HCM office is renewed timely on yearly basis. - Acquire timely Insurance coverage for operations activities where required. - Be contact point for all other operations insurance issues of NCSP: Work with Insurance consultant/broker to clarify on any matters relating to PAR; Co-ordinate with Insurance consultant/broker and internal departments to arrange insurance claims when arise. External Legal Support: - Provide assurance corporate law compliance. - Co-ordinate with legal consultant and internal departments for external legal support.
